Join a well-established Vehicle Servicing, Leasing, and Hire Specialist based in Yate, Bristol. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fleet Administrator to support our busy team in managing vehicle fleets, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle leasing, servicing, and hire coordination.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and service schedules.
Process customer bookings, manage contracts, and liaise with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
Monitor fleet performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the vehicle leasing, servicing, or hire industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
