Fleet Administrator�
Claydon�My client is seeking�an experienced
Fleet Administrator to join their�dynamic Fleet department. This role is key to supporting the efficient operation of their�fleet by managing fuel cards, fleet registers, penalty charges, and vehicle logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Issue and maintain fuel cards, manage fuel reports, and update registers
- Coordinate vehicle logistics, including delivery/collection arrangements
- Maintain vehicle records, including defect reports and maintenance schedules for HGVs
- Manage driver files, including tachographs and logbooks
- Process penalty charges (PCNs, NIPs) and action payments/recharges
- Analyse telematics data for 170+ vehicles and update system allocations
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, invoicing queries, and fleet management updates
Key Skills:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Diligent, analytical, and capable of working under pressure
- High standards of administration and process improvement
