My client is seeking�an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their�dynamic Fleet department. This role is key to supporting the efficient operation of their�fleet by managing fuel cards, fleet registers, penalty charges, and vehicle logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue and maintain fuel cards, manage fuel reports, and update registers
  • Coordinate vehicle logistics, including delivery/collection arrangements
  • Maintain vehicle records, including defect reports and maintenance schedules for HGVs
  • Manage driver files, including tachographs and logbooks
  • Process penalty charges (PCNs, NIPs) and action payments/recharges
  • Analyse telematics data for 170+ vehicles and update system allocations
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, invoicing queries, and fleet management updates
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Diligent, analytical, and capable of working under pressure
  • High standards of administration and process improvement
