Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Excellence: Champion the highest standards of fleet safety, reliability, and presentation while ensuring full compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
  • Health & Safety Leadership: Implement and adhere to health and safety policies, seeking continuous improvement opportunities across the operation.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside senior engineering and local management teams to support the development and success of the business, staying within budgetary guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in fleet maintenance and a deep understanding of engineering operations.
  • HGV or PSV engineering experience is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams, driving a safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance program.
  • An innovative mindset, customer-focused approach, and the commercial acumen to help take the business forward.

Your background may come from HGV haulage, Passenger Transport or perhaps the Forces. Large scale vehicle experience and team leadership are essential.
