Flexible Catering Assistant/Event Staff, BRISTOL | £12-£14.50ph

Location: Bristol and BS Postcodes.
Pay: £12-£13ph (weekdays), up to £14.50ph (weekends).
Hours: Flexible shifts available, Full-time or Part-time: Choose your days.

BlueArrow is looking for reliable and experienced Catering Assistants to join our team, supporting clients across a range of sectors including restaurants, hotels, universities, colleges, schools, care homes, hospitals, and more.
You'll assist with basic food preparation, maintain a clean kitchen environment, and support the team with washing up and other essential kitchen tasks.
You must live LOCAL to the area or have your OWN TRANSPORT.

The Role:

• Greet customers, Take orders & payments, Till operation.
• Serve a range of food and beverages.
• Stock up counters & ensure all areas are clean and organised at all times.
• Food preparation duties.
• Assist with washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• General cleaning of the kitchen and food prep areas.
• Support with receiving and putting away deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout.

Who we're looking for:

• Professionals who can work as part of a team to ensure a smooth operation.
• Use your initiative & maintain a proactive attitude during on-the-job training.
• Be able to remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous catering experience is essential.
• Food Hygiene Level 1.
• An Enhanced DBS is required for some roles. We may be able to assist in obtaining this.
