Flexographic Printer
Location: Portslade
Salary: DOE
Company: A leading packaging company.
Shift: Potential 3 day working week 8am 6pm. Possibly leading to 4/5 days over time and/or to cover holiday, busier periods.
Role:
Running multi-colour UV flexo and/or digital presses
Producing high quality labels with a variety of finishes
Ensuring that the area, equipment, and machinery are kept clean and tidy
Troubleshooting issues with the printing press or print quality
Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental Policies relating to your work area are always adhered to by you
Carry out basic maintenance in accordance with standard procedures
Requirements:
Hold sufficient, recent flexographic printing experience - ideally MPS, Nilpeter, Mark Andy, Edale but open to machine experience
Have experience operating a UV flexo printer
Be aware of flexo and/or digital print process
Previously or currently printed labels / packaging
Hot foil and screen print experience desired
