Flt Counterbalance Driver

We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturing company in Buckingham. This company specialises in the production of high-quality wooden pallets and is looking for a reliable and skilled forklift driver to support their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

� Operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials, load and unload goods, and support production processes.

� Transport wooden pallets and raw materials safely within the�warehouse�and manufacturing facility.

� Ensure all stock is stored correctly and efficiently in designated areas.

� Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the forklift to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

� Work collaboratively with the production and�warehouse�teams to meet operational targets.

� Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

� Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).

� Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a�warehouse�or manufacturing environment.

� Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

� Good attention to detail and awareness of workplace safety procedures.

� Reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm, Friday 7am to 11am�
