Position Overview:�As a Night Shift FLT Counterbalance Operator, you will be responsible for various forklift tasks including putting away stock, loading and unloading, picking, and labelling. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Thursday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 44 hours a week with a 1-hour unpaid break each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forklift Operation:�Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, stack, and organize products.


• Loading and Unloading:�Efficiently load and unload goods from trucks and storage areas.


• Order Picking:�Accurately pick orders and prepare them for dispatch.


• Stock Management:�Put away stock in the correct locations and ensure accurate labelling.


• Safety Compliance:�Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance license.


• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift.


• Ability to work night shifts (Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Good communication skills.
