Warehouse Team Member - FLT Driver

Location: Harrogate HG2 8PA
Pay: �(Apply online only) (depending on experience) for first 6 months, payrise after probation
Contract : Permanent

Are you looking for a new role in a busy warehouse environment? We're looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join our client team.

Important: You MUST have a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence for this role.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm
Your Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading deliveries (FLT licence required)
• Sorting and moving stock around the warehouse
• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch (UK & Export)
• Handling dispatch paperwork and ensuring correct import/export documentation
• Using our order management system (Microsoft Dynamics) to manage stock
• Helping with stock control and regular inventory checks
• Collaborating with other teams (Customer Service, Commercial, etc.)
• Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining a safe working environment
• General housekeeping to keep the workspace clean and tidy

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant experience in a warehouse environment
• A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is a must
• Basic computer skills (training will be provided on our systems)
• A team player with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing tasks and improve working processes
• Experience with import/export shipping (preferred but not essential)
