FLT Reach Driver

Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: �13 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Overview:

Pure Staff is currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Forklift Driver to join a specialist wholesaler and distributor of fine quality catering & ethnic supplies in Birmingham on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual seeking long-term stability in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Reach Forklift Truck to move stock efficiently within the warehouse.
• Ensuring all goods are stored and retrieved safely following warehouse procedures.
• Working at pace to meet daily operational targets.
• Using a management scanner system for stock control and tracking.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Reach Forklift experience.
• Ability to manoeuvre the forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using a management scanner system.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude to integrate seamlessly into the role.
• A valid Reach Forklift licence (in-date and RTITB/ITSSAR accredited).
