FLT/Yard Operative

Our client, a metal recycling company based in Brierley Hill are seeking x2 FLT drivers to join their team, on a temp to perm basis.

The Role:

• Using a FLT to load and unload


• Moving skips


• Weighbridge duties


• Labouring


• General housekeeping of the yard

• 48 hours per week - 40 paid at 11.96 and the remaining 8 paid at time and a third


• Pay rise when you have completed 12 weeks and go permanent

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years experience


• A FLT license ( inhouse accepted)


• Be ok with working outside all year


• Open to doing duties other than driving a FLT


• Good team player


• Excellent attendance and time keeping


• Reliable and flexible

All candidates will be required to attend a 1 hour site walk round and pass a drug and alcohol test in our branch
