FM Account Manager

We are on the lookout for a Hard Services Account Manager to join a global FM provider and head up a prestigous site in County Durham.

• Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance


• Daily management of the Engineering team including compliance and management of soft services subcontractors.


• Management of a multi million pound P&L/Budgets 


• Build a strong relationship with the client
