FM - Estimator

The company:

Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c�100m
The role:

You will be responsible for pricing the in-house delivery of predominantly M&E hard services�contracts for clients within commercial, educational and healthcare sectors.

You will work alongside the MD, and work together�on the pricing model for each bidding opportunity.
The person:

We are looking for someone who has previous M&E estimating experience in�the maintenance / facilities management industries�and has�a good understanding of SFG20, we will also welcome applications from contract managers who have managed hard services FM contracts and have some experience in pricing�maintenance contracts.��
Salary:

Up to �50,000 to �55,000�with a car / car allowance (�#####) + 27 days holiday + 4%/4% pension
