FM Manager
Trevett Services are working with a National Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on an FM Manager based in Merston.
This is a full time, permanent role paying up too £70,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance.
Key responsibilities of the FM Manager
- Run a team of technical Engineers
- Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
- Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
- Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with the hard services & soft services teams.
- Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
- Prepare and manage large and high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports
- Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
- Review and approve purchase orders for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for projects.
