FM Technical Supervisor

FM Technical Supervisor - Gateshead - Global Facilities Management Organisation: Manufacturing
CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor with a strong Mechanical or Electrical bias to join our client’s team at a prestigious manufacturing site, based in Gateshead.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on an exciting role in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and compliance of all FM requirements.
Package:

\n
• Competitive salary between £48,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) 
\n
• Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
\n
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

\n
• Oversee and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance of all M&E systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
\n
• Producing and reviewing RAMS/SOP’s for routine maintenance tasks
\n
• Lead a team of engineers and contractors, providing technical support and guidance
\n
• Liaise with the client, site management, and external contractors to ensure efficient service delivery
\n
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment
\n
• Manage asset performance, energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement projects
\n
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance reports
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven experience in a similar Technical Supervisor or Lead Engineer role within the Facilities Management industry
\n
• Strong M&E knowledge with relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
\n
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable
