We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa in Axminster, Devon. Fantastic competitive salary!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days including weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

Main responsibilities:
The successful Food and Beverage Manager will
Lead the Front of House team to ensure all guests at the resort receive five star, award winning standard of customer service that we pride ourselves on.
Complete rotas, manage stock budgets, complete stock checks and complete all necessary paperwork promptly.
Ensure the serving of food and beverages are prompt and efficient.
Ensure prompt glass collection and resetting of tables within the restaurant.
Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all areas.
Ensure accurate cash handling, using an EPOS system.
Identify and issue any required training amongst the Front of House team.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with previous Front of House management experience. The successful candidate will need excellent customer service and communication skills and a positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the retreat..
