We are looking to recruit an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with previous experience of working in a high-quality fast paced establishment.
Your role will involve working to high standards within the hotel with a key focus on service delivery and standards.
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will help the Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure every guest receives exceptional service

Utilise your wealth of experience and knowledge to manage the daily operation of the F&B department and drive our business forward.
Assist to implement rigorous financial controls and ensure adherence to company policy and procedure at all times, whilst anticipating the needs of our guests at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous supervisory experience within a similar role, preferable within the fast paced 4 star rated hotel. Practise with rotas, ordering and stocking will be proficient benefits, but training will be provided.
You will be passionate, flexible, highly organised, and have the ability to manage all teams in food and beverage at all levels.
