Role Overview
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience at our clients cafes and restaurants. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals to join a friendly team in a fast-paced environment at the Ascot event site. Youll be responsible for engaging with families and serving delicious food and drinks, which are an integral part of the overall experience.
Responsibilities
Consistently meet and exceed guests' expectations by warmly welcoming families into the cafes and restaurants, and providing excellent service in line with our clients procedures.
Follow all food hygiene and safety protocols while preparing and serving food and beverages.
Fully engage with the narrative of the experience to enhance the guest journey.
Develop a thorough understanding of all food and drink offerings, and make recommendations to guests as appropriate.
Adhere to all uniform and service standards required by our client.
Participate in any necessary training sessions.
