Food & Beverage Assistant

IntSol Recruitment are recruiting for a prestigious and well-established boutique hotel in Suffolk who are seeking for a Waiter to help with the smooth operations.

Waiter / Waitress Pay Rate: �11.44�per hour

Waiter / Waitress Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent food and beverage service and experience for our guests


• Deliver a memorable service experience to the highest standards with a warm and personal touch


• Ensure that your guests orders are taken and executed in a timely manner


• Take ownership of guest request which comes your way seeing it through until completion


• You will assist in ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times


• Have good knowledge of the different menus and options available to our guests


• Assist guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way


• Follow all safety standards and policies when handling food and beverage

Waiter / Waitress Responsbilities:

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment


• You are empathetic with excellent communication skills


• You have a passion for the food and drink industry and delivering excellent guest service


• Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times


• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team


• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts including evenings and weekends

The Waiter role is full-time, with a schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed to ensure the smooth operation.
