We have an excellent opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager in Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre.
We are seeking a leader with excellent experience in Food and Beverage management in a leading hotel.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Food & Beverage function.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the department
Managing the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and working closely within the management team to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times
Communicating effectively within the management team and attending meetings, as required
Responding to guest feedback and Revinate reviews
Participating in Duty Management shifts, as required
Achieving Food & Beverage Key Performance Indicators
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in a Food & Beverage Management Role in a leading hotel.
Experience in large food & beverage outlets and conferences is a distinct advantage.
