Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Location: NN7, Northampton (Rural Location)
Salary: £24,495 per annum + Tips
Shift Pattern: Rota-Based Shifts
Company Overview: Our client based in the picturesque NN7 area of Northampton offers a unique and memorable experience for their guests, combining exquisite dining with a relaxing rural atmosphere. Due to our remote location, the successful candidate must have access to their own transport as public transport options are not available.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage services, delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires flexibility to work a rota-based shift pattern, including weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring that all areas are running smoothly and efficiently.
Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring high levels of performance, productivity, and customer service.
Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service at all times.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all food and beverage areas.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and manage inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
Training & Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a rota-based shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Transport: Due to the rural location of the venue, candidates must have their own transport, as there is no public transport available.
