IRS Group, are recruiting a Food Production Operative to join their foo manufacture in the heart of the Willenhall area.
Pay:
* £13.19 Days
* £14.19 Nights
* Both are inclusive of the basic pay (£11.44), shift allowance (£6.00 Days / £14.00 Nights), & £1.00 hourly attendance bonus.
Shift:
* 22:00 - 06:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
* Candidates must have flexibility to train on days (either 07:00 - 15:30 or 06:00 - 14:30 / 14:30 - 22:00 Weekly rotating)
Responsibilities:
* Weigh and lift bags of food ingredients (up to 25kg) for mixing.
* Safely load and operate industrial blenders and mixers.
* Ensure accurate measurements of ingredients according to batch recipes.
* Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency and quality of the blend.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment.
* Follow strict food safety and hygiene guidelines
* Record and report any deviations, issues, or malfunctions in machinery or processes.
* Assist with the preparation of materials and equipment for the next batch or production run.
* Participate in general maintenance tasks, including cleaning blenders and mixing equipment after each batch.
Ideal candidate will come from a similar role within a food manufacturing or maintenance background.
