Food Quality Manager

This role is based in Bexley for an experience FOOD QUALITY MANAGER. Languages: Mandarin and/or Cantonese are ideal.
Location: Bexley (SE London nearby)
Car Parking Available: Free Parking
Hours: 40 hours per week covering Monday -Saturday (Depending on the production plan)
Work style: Fully office based

Duties:
Summary: The role has 2 main parts: 1) QA related compliance and 2) team management
1)QA Compliance Documentation
Review and update Haccp documents, organise Haccp meeting as Haccp team leader

• Check that documents are compliant with the latest national and international food hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and analyse quality tests
• Monitoring supplier compliance to H&S standards
• Ensuring labelling is accurate

2)Team Management

• Developing and training the quality team of 4
• Mentoring and coaching staff
• Reviewing performance

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in a Food Quality management
• Degree (ideally)

• Knowledge of the HACCP system
• Food hygiene qualification
