We have an exciting opportunity within our Catering Department who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Assistant.
You will join on a Part Time (17.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 4pm till 7.30pm), Term Time (34 weeks per year) basis and in return we will offer you a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a free meal whilst on duty, generous holiday, subsidised membership to the Wellington Health & Fitness Club, contribution to our personal pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, enhanced Maternity / Paternity scheme, cycle to work scheme, fee remission, free parking and access to a health cash plan.

Catering is an integral part of school life and strives towards excellence in its service provision.
Key responsibilities include (Please see job description for full details):
To assist with the food service within the dining hall.
To assist with all aspects of the preparation and presentation of food service areas to the required standard.
Washing up with the use of an industrial dishwasher.
The understanding and action all children with food allergies, intolerances and dietary requests.
To ensure the taking of food temperatures for all meal services.
Person Specification, you must have:
A good understanding of English and able to follow instruction
