• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons to students
• Develop curriculum and lesson plans in line with educational guidelines
• Assess students' progress through assignments, projects, and examinations
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment in the classroom
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field

Prior experience teaching Food Technology is preferred

• Strong knowledge of Food Technology principles and practises
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process
• Organisational skills to manage classroom activities effectively

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience in curriculum development

This role involves working in a school environment, following the academic calendar and timetable. Full-time hours are expected, with occasional extra-curricular activities or events outside regular hours.
