About the Role

• Teaching engaging and creative Food Technology lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Planning, marking, and delivering high-quality lessons in alignment with the national curriculum.
• Contributing to the department's schemes of work and extracurricular activities.
• Supporting and motivating students to achieve their full potential.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS and have relevant teaching experience in Food Technology.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Key Stage 3 and 4 Food Technology curriculum.
• Be passionate about engaging students with practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
• Have excellent classroom management skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Be committed to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
