One of our clients are recruiting for a Food Technology Teacher to join their inclusive secondary school dedicated to providing exceptional educational opportunities for all of their students! As a Food Technology Teacher, you will inspire students to explore their creativity, develop essential life skills and foster a love for cooking and nutrition. You will teach secondary aged children and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and encourage practical skills, safety and an understanding of good hygiene and healthy eating.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS).
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Food Technology for students aged 11-16.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Food Technology Department.
• Inspire students to achieve excellent outcomes in both theory and practical cooking.
• Develop exciting projects and schemes of work that align with the curriculum.
• Promote food safety, hygiene, and nutrition awareness.

Job Title: Food Technology Teacher

Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), QTLS, Unqualified Teacher

Pay: £160-250 per day (dependent on experience / pay scale)
