Job Title: Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer Location: Central London (Remote sites accessed by walking/public transport)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team, delivering high-standard building services across various projects in and around Central London. This role involves traveling between sites on foot or via public transport, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move. You will be responsible for electrical fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct multi-skilled planned preventive maintenance (PPM) with a focus on building services plant and systems.
Reactive Work: Manage, cost, and complete reactive works identified during PPM tasks.
Client Relationships: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
On-Call Support: Provide "out of hours" call-out cover as part of the role.

What Were Looking For:
Experience: An experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a background in commercial or office environments, providing building services maintenance.
Electrical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in electrical plant servicing, repair, and installation.
HVAC Systems: Proficiency in servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems and their controls.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of mechanical plant and equipment, including isolation procedures.
Qualifications: City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 / AM1 / AM2 (or equivalent), along with a Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
