£20/hour (Lead Coach Hours)
Working Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week. Hours worked will be between 4-8pm Monday to Fridays and 10-1pm on Sundays.

About the Role
We are looking for a part-time football coach to deliver and/or provide support for field-based sessions to players of all ages and playing abilities. This role presents a unique opportunity for a coach to apply their skillset in a field-based setting. As a recognised TwoTouch coach, you will liaise with the company directorship to devise and deliver bespoke training programmes to aspiring footballers in Cumbernauld or Hamilton.
Assignments
Provide elite-level coaching services to specific clients on a group or squad basis. You will collaborate with the company directorship to determine the specific nature of work and your working schedule
Perform other tasks during coaching hours, such as capturing social media content.
Understand that client wellbeing and safety is of paramount importance during the delivery of all training sessions. All training environments must meet pre-agreed safety standards.
Expenses
TwoTouch will provide the Part-Time coach with the relevant training equipment necessary to provide a high-quality service to clients.
TwoTouch will not cover commuting costs, which should be minimal given the locality of this work.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
BSc (Hons) degree within sports coaching, sport science/strength and conditioning or any other relevant subject discipline (Desirable).
A valid Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) certificate or the ability to obtain upon successful interview ( Essential ).
Relevant accreditation in relation to the coaching of footballers (SFA coaching badges) or physical preparation of athletes (UKSCA, CSCS, EXOS) ( Desirable ).
Experience
Experience coaching football sessions at academy level or higher (Desirable).
Experience developing, delivering and evaluating technical/physical training programmes for groups/teams. ( Desirable ).
Skills
High-level planning and organisational skills.
Accomplished interpersonal communication skills and an ability to convey complex ideas simply.
Able to effectively operate in a team to optimise provision of a service.
High levels of confidence in your coaching ability which translates to well-designed and engaging sessions which follow a logical flow in the context of a bespoke training regimen.
A keen interest in coaching/sport science practices in relation to football.
Full UK Driving license and access to a vehicle.
