Foreman

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a Foreman to help deliver a earthworks and remediation contract for a valued client in Essex. My client deliver projects ranging from infrastructure to industrial/ commercial developments.

Foreman responsibilities:�

• Putting labour to work.


• Tool box talks.


• Plant & machinery inspections.


• Record keeping.


• Maintaining quality control.


• Ensuring health & safety compliance.


• Working alongside project management team.


• Liaising with the client.

Foreman requirements:�

• Right to work in the UK.


• CSCS card - Gold/ Black.


• NVQ level 3.


• SSSTS/SMSTS.


• CPCS/NPORS - Desirable.


• Previous experience working in a foreman/ supervisor role.


• Previous bulk earthworks experience.


• Full UK driving licence.
