Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Engineering

Salary: £11.44 - £15.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Operating presses and other machinery in the forging process
• Working in a heavy industrial environment to produce forged components
• Inspecting finished products for quality assurance
• Following health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Forge Operative or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to operate forging machinery and equipment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting

Experience:

• Experience working in a heavy industrial environment
• Experience operating presses and other forging equipment

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of forging processes and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to loud noises, high temperatures, and heavy machinery
• Physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
