Job Title: Forklift Drivers

Gap Personnel are hiring Counterbalance, Reach FLT drivers and VNA drivers to work in a newly built and modern state of the art fulfilment centre in Dordon, Tamworth.

Payrate: 

• £12.76/h and £15.31/h after 6pm
• Overtime paid from £19.14/h
• Rotating shifts 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm available
• Night shifts 10pm-6am available

Contract type: Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks

Location: Dordon, Tamworth

Job description:

• Loading and unloading products
• Operating FLT- Reach or VNA
• Moving stock to correct locations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Using hand scan guns for inventory orders
• Working off the truck to manually load and unload when necessary

Ideal skills and experience:

• FLT experience required
• All in-date certificates are accepted
• In house certificates by Npors, RTITB and ITSSAR accepted
• Take a drug & alcohol test at induction
• Work as a team to ensure the smooth process of stock control
