MDH are recruiting for a Warehouse Operator with a full valid Forklift Licence for our clients exceptional production site based just outside of Lesmahagow, South Lanarkshire.
This is a full time role. Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm however during the training period hours will be 8am - 4pm. Flexibility is required regarding start times. This can be fully discussed with you during interview. No weekend work.
Rate of pay is £12 an hour. Anything worked over 40 hours will be paid at £15.52 per hour on completion of training. Weekly pay.
During peak period (October to January) there may be a requirement to work occasional or 12 hours shifts. You will be paid an enhanced rate for this. You may also be required to work backshift hours during peak period.
**There is absolutely no public transport that goes to this site, so have having access to a vehicle is essential. **
Duties include:
General warehouse work
Forklift driving
Experience in working in a warehouse and having a full valid forklift licence is essential for this job.
The company will invest a lot of time and training in you as part of this role, including industry recognised qualifications and personal development.
