Forklift Driver needed

SureStaffing UK Ltd are looking to recruit Forklift Driver, for our client based in Leeds (LS12). Our client is a leading vegetable processing manufacturer.

This is a temporary position, with the possibility of being made permanent for the right candidate.

Ideal candidate for a Forklift Driver role will have:

• A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
• Previous experience within similar environment
• A proactive and adaptable attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment

This role involves working outside in the yard.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Forklift Driver

• Follow and meet all company and Health & Safety procedures.
• To ensure storage conditions are well maintained and comply with all Health & Safety Procedures.
• Drive FLT's with due care and attention
• Tipping bulkers of potatoes and other deliveries.
• Managing recycling activities efficiently.
• General cleaning and maintenance of the yard to ensure safety and organization.
• Assisting with other yard duties as required.
• Any other duties requested by the manager as and when necessary.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Shift times for a Forklift Driver:

• Day shift only
• Sunday to Thursday
• Flexibility is required
• 7am-5pm shift

Pay Rates for Forklift Driver:

• �12.06/hour
