Location: Homebased - with the requirement to travel to Head Office in Bromsgrove for occasional face to face meetings
Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 dependant on experience
Contract Type: Full-time - Permanent

Fostering Assessment Manager - Social Work Qualified
An exciting opportunity is available to work for the Polaris Community, with our network of seven fostering agencies, as an Assessment Manager to provide support, robust leadership and management to the Foster Parent assessment process. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your management skills within fostering and be part of a highly supportive environment where the focus is on delivering high quality foster parents for the country's most vulnerable children.
As an experienced worker who is familiar with social work assessments and Form F assessment reports, you will have excellent organisational skills, an ability to meet deadlines, and demonstrate effective communication to get results.
This role is primarily homebased working across the fostering agencies within the Polaris community as part of a wider team meeting the recruitment needs of the Polaris community.
