Foundation Phase Teaching Assistant

Vetro Education is working with a forward-thinking and supportive Primary school in Ebbw Vale to recruit several Foundation Phase Teaching Assistants for the new academic year to join their ever-growing team (September 2024)

Location:Ebbw Vale
Pay: £83.50 - £90.00per day
Start date - September
The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to work in a range of Primary schools across Ebbw Vale and provide both one-to-one and general support to pupils who require additional support. Your work will make a real difference to these children's lives as you will be instrumental in their well-being and education.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A keen interest in working with children
Experience (paid or voluntary) working with Children and/or in the care sector ( Min of 3 months experience in the last 5 years)
Open to training and development
Proactive work ethic
A good understanding of special educational needs
The ability to provide a range of support to pupils
A patient and understanding attitude
The ability to work as part of a team
