Imagine an ERP, but with better data that will provide more meaningful insights to customers, allowing them to make the most appropriate strategic decisions.We're in a heavily data-centric problem space, and we're focused on offering the most granular, precise and accurate data possible to our customers, so that they can have confidence in their payments, their financial records and their reports.About Equali:We're a UK-based B2B fintech with big ambitions to provide control and visibility over all payments, in one format, in one place.Backed by angel investors.We're revenue generating, working with exciting customers like sunday, the all in one payments company for hospitality.Featured in multiple Gartner reports, including the 2023 Gartner® Market Guide for Financial Reconciliation Solutions.About the role:Play a key role in scaling Equali from 1-10.Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for the Founder across all relevant channels (e.g. phone, email, conferences)Manage all sales activities, deals, contacts and account information in HubSpot (our CRM)Consistently achieve monthly target for qualified opportunities£30-40k base salary (£50-60k OTE), plus 0.5-1% share options and meeting booking bonuses. What we’re looking for:Experience in outbound B2B sales across multiple channels.FinTech and/or startup experience preferred but not essential.Self-starter that wants to have an impact on the growth trajectory of an early-stage company.Great written and verbal communication skills.
