Robert Half are partnering with a growing Consultancy that are looking to hire an FP&A Analyst to join the team. This business specialise in the transports, logistics and energy sector. They are currently turning over £60million and are looking to continue growing through acquisitions. The culture is friendly, hard-working, high-performing and collaborative. They are office based in central London three days per week.
Role
The FP&A Analyst for this Consultancy will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
* Build and shape the role of FP&A function, working closely with senior leadership and different function heads to lead the annual budgeting process, including the development of financial models and assumptions.
* Oversee the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial plans.
* Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to develop actionable strategic recommendations
* Develop and maintain robust financial models for scenario analysis, investment evaluation, and business planning.
* Deliver the financial analysis and reporting, providing transparency and business insights for management decision making
