FP&A Manager

Your new company
A leading Real Estate company offering a range of Real Estate & Property services is currently hiring an FP&A Manager to join their finance department in central London. With impressive offices near Bank station, this is an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading business.
Your new role
This is a broad role which will allow you to get involved in different areas of Group FP&A and commercial finance. Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Monthly revenue and work in progress reporting
- Financial modelling growth plans and future investments
- Providing commercial finance support to business units
- Continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting
- Financial analysis to support decision-making
- Group reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Support with implementation of the new financial dashboard
- Support training for junior team members
What you'll need to succeed
This is initially a temporary role with the view to being permanent. You will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA and experience working for a large organisation in a Group FP&A remit. This role will also require strong communication and presentation skills, and you will be confident presenting to senior management, including the CFO. A good grasp of large ERP systems and reporting tools is essential.
