Our client, a global leader in media and marketing solutions, is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team. Managing billions in client investments through a network of award-winning agencies and specialist companies, our client partners with many of the world's most recognisable brands through a diverse team of over 10,000 experts across 125+ countries.

About the Role

This newly created FP&A Manager role will be part of the EMEA team, supporting the FP&A Director and Senior Manager with financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the region.

FP&A Manager Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Forecasting & Consolidation: Lead the region's monthly forecasting, ensure timely market submissions, consolidate EMEA results, and prepare financial commentary.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting Cycles: Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple markets.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyse financial data, report actuals with variance analysis, and provide commentary by market and brand.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare financial reports to support operational strategies and produce brand-specific financials for regional leads.
  • Collaboration with Regional Finance Teams: Act as the main FP&A contact for market CFOs and finance teams on reporting requirements.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Engage in special projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within the Media or Advertising industry.
  • Have experience in regional reporting for a listed company, with multi-currency and multi-entity exposure.
  • Have a notice period not exceeding 2 months.

Salary & Package:

  • �60,000 - �65,000 base salary.
  • Discretionary bonus.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week in the Central London office.
  • Minimum of 25 days' annual leave.
