Camino Search is excited to be partner with a dynamic travel technology company at the forefront of revolutionising the travel & tourism industry. Camino Search is looking for a talented and experienced Fractional / Part Time CFO to join and help steer the business who has just secured a Series A+ round of investment.
As a Fractional CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial landscape. You will work closely with the executive team to provide strategic financial guidance, ensure fiscal responsibility, and drive the company’s financial planning and operations. This is a part-time, contract role ideal for a seasoned financial executive looking to make a significant impact with a growing company in the travel tech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the company’s growth objectives.
Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the board of directors and stakeholders.
Capital Strategy:
Assist in capital raising activities, including preparing pitch decks, financial models, and engaging with investors.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and support business scalability.
Experience
Have experience working within the Travel & Tourism industry
Understand SMEs & Early stage business
Supported investors with strategic & commercial decisions
