My client is at the forefront of mid to high-end luxury kitchen design and manufacturing. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional quality and service, and they're looking to expand their reach. They are seeking a talented Franchise/Showroom Business Development Manager to drive the development of their franchise network and showroom operations across the Southeast and potentially nationally.

Our client sells bespoke manufactured kitchens through retail (franchises/showrooms) and to contractors. The role requires you to have a good understanding of retail sales and the ability to develop relationships with designers and individuals interested in owning their own kitchen business.

As the Franchise/Showroom BDM, you'll play a crucial role in expanding their franchise network. You'll be instrumental in managing and supporting several existing franchises in the Southeast, working closely with the existing team to ensure operational excellence and growth. Your ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, including hiring, training, and managing kitchen designers and showroom staff will be a large part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the kitchen industry, preferably with a background ranging from designer to showroom manager to sales and operations. A proven track record in sales management, process optimization, and metrics with the ability to recruit, train, and manage kitchen showroom staff effectively.  Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to drive business growth. You will need a deep understanding of kitchen design and be able to give technical advice to perform your duties.

Salary / Package: �50k basic + bonus/comm, company car (or allowance), tech, pension, healthcare
