Freelance Building Services Manager (M&E Manager) - £350-£375pd

My client is a large principal contractor who are seeking to recruit a Freelance MEP Manager for a period of 6 months on an £80m Residential Development in Woking featuring 200no Apartments. MEP Value is £8m.

The project will be completing in Q1 2025 and requires additional MEP Support to get the project over the line.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a 360 Building Services Manager who can manage clients and project consultants to ensure successful delivery.


• Well versed with all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Safety Works


• Able to chair design workshops once a week and lead progress meetings


• Reviewing drawings and design as necessary and ability to challenge consultants where required.


• Full UK Driving Licence and Access to Car


• Able to start in next two weeks following a short interview


• CSCS Card

Rate of Pay

• £350-£400pd
