Freelance Project Manager

First Task Professional are delighted to be working with a busy main contracting business based in the Central Belt of Scotland to recruit for a Project Manager/Senior Site Manager for a new build social housing project in Galashiels.�

Valued at ~�20m this is an exiting development to be a part of and will be comprised of a mixture of houses and flats.�

The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrable experience delivering residential new build projects on a similar scale (this can include private housing, social housing, student accommodation and care homes, as examples).�

The position is available immediately and will run for a minimum of 12 months

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

SMSTS & First Aid are both required�

Rates are negotiable and can be worked Ltd Co, CIS or PAYE.
