Freelance Project Quantity Surveyor

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with freelance quantity surveyors.�

Our client, a leading refurbishment contractor with strong market reputation are undergoing a �50m externals contract in Zone 2, North London.�

Due to expansion within the division, the Managing surveyor on site has asked for some commercial support in sourcing a freelance project surveyor to step in and deal with subcontractor delay and accounts. They must come from a strong contracting background but their main focus and previous knowledge must be within the JCT D&B 2016 form of contract.

This will be a straight start for the right candidate, ideally the client are looking for someone to start on Monday 7th October or the following week.�
