Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a civil engineering sub contractor who are looking to bring on board a freelance quantity surveyor to work on a project in the centre of Edinburgh.�

You will be site based 5 days per week in this role.�

Duties include:�

• Liaising with our Design Team and Project Team


• Being the sole QS on site�


• Leading / assisting with weekly project meetings


• Responsible for effective document control and maintenance
