Freelance Quantity Surveyor- 12 month contract

�435 p/day- Outside IR35- Hybrid working

Are you a MEP Quantity Surveyor ready to take on your Freelance Contract? I am working with a fast growing Tier M&E Contractor looking for an experienced QS for an immediate start. The role will be split between working from home and their Reading office/ sites in London zones 1 & 2.

What You'll Do:

• Support financial aspects of the projects, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
• Manage subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
• Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts

The Person

• The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have 5 years experience in M&E environments (preferably mechanical)
• Familiarity with contract management (NEC or JCT preferred experience)
• Ability to 'hit the ground running'
• Comfortable splitting time between working from home, the reading based office and sites
