Freelance Senior Technical Manager - Residential

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Technical Design Managers.

Our client, a leading residential developer with a large pipeline of works across the South East employ over 500 staff in a number of regions. They are renowned for large scale multi phased developments and would be a bonus on any CV going forward.�

They seek a knowledgeable technical manager to oversee all design aspects on the externals of the 2nd phase. The project will contain over 500 units all build in RC Frame form of construction, due to complete in late 2025.�

The ideal candidate will come from either a strong degree qualified architectural or engineering background and have a proven track record working with residential developers in the London market.�

There is a strong rate on offer and potential for some long term works.�
