Duration: 1 Shift, 1-2 hours work.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a shop fit Site Manager to work for our client's retail store refurbishment project near Plymouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the night shifts and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

This is a short shift, requiring 1-2 hours of Sub-contractor supervision.�

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS�certification


• CSCS Black card


• 1st Aid at Work certification


• Asbestos Awareness certification


• Fire Marshall


• Hot Works Certificate (can be sat online before the project)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met


• Oversee health and safety protocols on-site


• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel


• Report project progress to the main contractor


• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment

Rate of Pay:

�270 per shift

Duration:

This position is for 1 night only, a shift which should last 3-4 hours, starting Tuesday 30th January.
