Who We’re Looking For:


  • Industry Experience: Must have in the freight forwarding sector, with a strong background in sales. Potentially someone with a current portfolio.
  • Previous Roles: ESSENTIAL, experience as a Freight Account Manager or Business Development Manager (BDM) within freight forwarding.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of freight forwarding operations, with hands-on experience at a freight forwarder.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Drive business growth from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring seamless client integration into operations.

  • Target-Driven Performance: Establish and exceed personal sales goals, demonstrating a commitment to achieving business objectives.
  • Client Engagement & Logistics Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, generate quotations, and arrange meetings to develop tailored logistics solutions.
