Air Import Operator - Colnbrook - �37k

A growing logistics company is looking to add a motivated and ambitious freight forwarding professional to their dynamic team in Colnbrook. The vacancy is due to the growth and development of the freight forwarding operation, which offers a start to finish import/export service for air, road and ocean freight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day Air Freight operations
• Handling Imports shipments and documentation.
• Complete customs entries
• Raising Job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork.
• Liase with airlines/carriers
• Extensive supplier and client liaison and negotiation.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role: air freight operator/clerk/coordinator, air import operator/clerk/coordinator
• Experience with export operations
• Experience with Boxtop or Descartes an advantage
• Experience with road and/or ocean/sea freight an advantage
